Desarmín

Desarmín is the land far over the mountains at the southern border of Dreibach. Its climate is harsh, dry, and unforgiving, and the deadly mountain range surrounding it has both defended it and isolated it from the rest of Belcantas.
Desarmín was first populated by Sun Elf and Human explorers in the Age of Anxiety (see Ages of History). The explorers who managed to survive the punishing terrain set up trading posts and intermingled with each other. Today, the population of Desarmín is almost entirely the Half-Elf descendants of those original settlers. However, rumor has it that a few Humanoid residents of the region have lineage from Elemental sources, giving them powers over the earth, air, water, or fire.
