To the ruler of these new lands and its inhabitants

Hail ruler of these lands, I the one and mighty Dergu Kertug welcome you to the lands of the Anvil. I hope that you and your subjects fair well and by now accepted your fate as new residents to our lands.

I took the liberty to send you with my emmissaries a present of good will, and a humble apology that I am not able to attend myself. Present matters of state occupy all my time, but my trusted hall witch, will be attending you as part of the diplomatic mission.
