Landchaser
Landchasers count themselves within the elite of the Dhelian aristocracy. Being a landchaser means that you had the bravery and enteprenerial spirit to rush into the uknown and find the denizens of a newly transferred land and establish a deal with them. Less than five people currently hold that honorary role and command the respect of all men and the adoration of all women in the city of Dhelos and its colonies.
If there is one thing that the people of Dhelos aspire to be, is successful traders, to bring money and power to their families and to leave their mark to the great golden plaza, with their name etched in the goldplated column along with the names of all the people that came before them and will be remembers for ages to come.
On top of all the names of all the merchants that have the right to purchase a plate on the column are the names of the Landchasers. Four men and women that have travelled into the uknown and came back to tell the stories of the great and dangerous lands, the new opportunities and the deals they closed with people never seen before.
Due to the very fact that a transfer happens only once every year there is only one, if any, each year to the last 10 years. From those ever awarded the honor, two are dead, three are alive, from those three one has the great honor of being the first finder of two transferred lands.
