Nezmin

The Champion of Loss

Nezmin was an exiled gnome that had gained powers from Gthuldrullah, the Embodiment of the Unknown. He had acted as a dungeon guardian for a Tower lost to time, but He was since freed by Gthuldrullah. This pact had rendered Him disfigured and in constant pain. Throughout His travels, He eventually stumbled across a few individuals, one of which being Niclaus, the Champion of Hunters, and taught Him the ways of the outside world. Eventually, as Nezmin sought to aid His allies He had made friends with, Caladon, the Immortal Idol of Vengeance and Pacts, captured Nezmin and broke His neck in front of His friends. He is also a part of the Nature Pantheon as The Embodiment of Monsters, and in the Gnome Pantheon as The Founder of the Ideals of Alliances and Sacrifice. His mount is recognized as being a Pseudonatural Wolf.

Dogma

Nezmin is an observant Champion that believes trust can be forged with even the worst of enemies. This trust can become tantamount for the survival of His newfound friends. And His observations are what showed them what their true weaknesses were. With His ideals of trust, Nezmin also embodies forgiveness. To forgive the transgressions of others to benefit the whole. And to make sacrifices to mend the wounds between others.

Gaining Favor or Redemption

Gaining favor with Nezmin can typically be done through forging alliances with others. As He is the Champion of Loss, surviving and aiding one’s fellows are ways of gaining favor. But failure to mourn the loss of these fellows and refusing to try and survive are ways to lose favor. Redemption is found through re-establishing one's connection with Nezmin by learning from the shortcomings of your losses. These are to then be inscribed and rehearsed before resting each night. Loss is to be remembered fondly and a lesson well learned.

Interactions with the World

Worshippers of Alexandrite tend to develop the solemn traits that Nezmin is known for. With this comes the trepidation for found new relationships, but those relationships tend to be stronger than most blood relations that others have made. Worshippers of Nezmin have been known to duel adventurers by themselves as opposed to letting their fellows aid them. Most Cores have noticed this kind of behavior as being detrimental to the influence of the dungeon ecology, but Nezmin worshippers are quick to learn and have become very proficient warriors if given the right guidance.
