Ouzahor Ben Kochbar is the Imyr of Enri. He controls the inner city without any dissent and can exude a moderate amount of control over the outer city. He is in his 5th year of a 7 year term and fears that he will be unable to set aside the power. His mother was a Bene Midbarim human and his father was a Sun Elf. he hides his half nature well with small illusions and appears as an elf in his prime.
Kochbar is a sun elf who was a noble in Enri. He is nearly 400 years old and raised Ouzahor away from his mother once he was made aware of his son's birth. He could not suffer the shame and pressure of his family to have a pure blood elven son, so he taught his son illusions to appear pureblooded. He has since retired and moved out of the city so as to not be connected with his son who has become a politician.
