Painted Mountains
The Painted Mountains are at the Northeast border of the Sacala Desert and the South Sacala Rainforest. They are called the Painted Mountains due to the many colors of obsidian in their make-up. Large patches of obsidian dot the slopes and reflect brilliantly in the sunlight. The mountains sit at the head of the [Shimmer River].
