Desert Phantom

True name unknown

The Desert Phantom is an elusive bandit who preys on travelers of the Fire Silk Road in the Sacala Desert. He wears clothing that blends in with the desert terrain and is usually gone before anyone in the caravan knows he has stolen their most-valued merchandise. Only one man has come close to catching him in the act. Zebeto Marandu, a Caravan Guard for the Rosemont Caravan nearly caught him, but only succeeded in tearing the Phantom's cloak as he fled. Zeb did prevent him from getting away with anything, which is the only time that has happened.
