The Judiciary of the Grand Empire of Nuggia is the system of courts that tries all criminal and civil cases within that arise within the bounds of the The Grand Empire of Nuggia.
Structure
The Judiciary is broken up into 3 different levels, with the Supreme Court of the Grand Empire of Nuggia being the highest court in Nuggia, with there also being smaller courts for the 11 Provinces of the Empire as well as courts for each Province's internal administrative divisions. All cases start in the smallest courts, but cases can be appealed into higher courts, with the Supreme Court being the final word on any disputes that may arise.
Public Agenda
The official purpose of the Judiciary is to "...try criminal cases, settle civil disputes, and above all to interpret the Constitution of the Grand Empire of Nuggia" - Section 4 of the Constitution of the Grand Empire of Nuggia.
