Shalebridge

On the north side of the Oram Sea lies the large port of Shalebridge. This port is home to the major processing center that moves the convicts of the world through to their final destination - Cragscleft. Goods imported through this port that aren't used locally are often transported by trade caravan to the Crossroads to then barter to the rest of the Empire and the Amberlight Commonwealth. 
The melting pot nature of the city, with its diverse population made up of people released from Cragscleft, leads to a city full of lively art, traditions, and various other cultures. The citizenry here is among the most tolerant to those that are different than them, but they have long memories and are well trained by Imperial propaganda to hate their enemies.  The Dragonborn and the Tetheas Dynasty.
