Tetheas Dynasty

Situated on the southern end of the Ebas continent the Tetheas Dynasty has a bloody history. All manner of underground and cast out races came together for the purpose of forging civilized homes like the humans and elves enjoyed.
The Drow of the underdark. The Goblins hiding in their dens. The Orcs and their roaming warbands. Cousins to these races and others came together under the banner of the Drow House Tetheas to organize and build surface cities for themselves. There was one problem, however, in that southern Ebas was already home to the Kingdom of Denesari. House Tetheas sought to keep out of Denesari lands and forge homes on the far frontiers, but the fear of these races gathering was too great and war was inevitable. The Savages War, as the Drasillian Empire now calls it, began. The Tetheans refer to this war as the War for Existence and consider this war will be waged to this very day. This initial conflict lasted years and as it escalated great and powerful magics tore the continent asunder. It reshaped the landscape and caused much of the land to become uninhabitable. Mountains spewed orange ash that blankets the area blotting out natural sun making the area seem like a perpetual cycle of dusk and night. This war would become the catalyst for the event known as The Tear which still marks the center of the Dynasty. Cutting their losses the Denesari fled north to regroup which left southern Ebas under the control of the new Tetheas Dynasty led by the Dawn Queen and her new Dawn's Light military force.
The Tetheans remain ever vigilant in holding onto their home. While they allow visitors into their lands they are viewed by the populace with great suspicion and are watched carefully.
