Levyn Mora

Levyn Mora is the vacation destination of Novaura. With whale and dolphin watching, spearfishing, curated diving into the carefully chosen areas off the coast to see coral reefs, white sand beaches full of games and events, and the finest seafood around it is no wonder it got this reputation. Culture and sights like this do not exist anywhere else on Novaura, or even a close facsimile.  It is considered a once in a lifetime event for an average person to make a trip here.  For rich nobles however, it is simply their winter home.
Beyond the veil put up for visitors it hides backstreets plagued with crime and poverty. A sect of society swept under the rug and kept out of sight. This has allowed the rise of organized crime thas has had no trouble recruiting from a pool of people with nowhere else to turn to. This crime underbelly has thrived despite a heavy presence from the Waveblades.  Levyn Mora's government struggles to contend with these groups and grows increasingly desperate for an answer - and to keep their struggles out of the sight of visitors.
Outside of the borders onto the island itself hides even more threats.  There are more than a few tales of people went looking for what they thought would be a little island adventure sight seeing only to never return.
