Cerulean Imports and Exports

There is one chair, one desk, and a marquee on the wall that says "Imports and Exports" with a door leading into the back. In the rare event you ever find this business open you'd find human man named Ames sitting at this seemingly empty desk in this empty office. He will great you cordially and ask you to state the nature of what you need imported or exported.  Strangely, it seems he refuses nearly every job.
