The Return Trip

A souvenier store full of knick knacks like ships in glass jars, jars filled with sand and a seashell, seashell necklaces, and such. It's run by a halfling woman who creates all of these items on her own. Cevia Heathertoe runs this store alone and is very wistful and lost in her dreams. 
She will zero in on anyone who spends too long looking at any one item and start weaving grand tales.  Oftentimes the only way to get her to stop is to make a purchase.
