Rackham's

Compared to the lavish findings of the Vacas district where the tourists go this is a plain tavern - similar to one might find in the Drasillian Empire.  It is located in the Mora Lows District, or Lowtown. This serves more typical ales one might find outside of the Wreath.
It is run by Rackham a human male wearing an eye patch in a duster and has wild looking brown hair. It's usually populated by working class folk that live here.  As many of them cannot afford the niceties of the Vacas they instead gather here and vent their frustrations at their lot in life.
