Physical Description
Constance has always had a good constitution and therefore is very rarely ill. She is not as athletic or slim as she would like to be, but she is far from unhealthy.
Hair is long, fine, and auburn. Eyes are brown with amber hues. She has very pale white skin with neutral undertones, and a few freckles across her nose that become more prominent after being in the sun for a while. Breasts are on the larger side for someone of her height and weight.
Heart-shaped face with a delicate, elegant bone structure (high cheekbones). Delicate, "button" nose. Almond-shaped eyes with little eyelid space because it folds back into the socket (similar to hooded eyes but not really). Thin lips. Eyebrows are thick (though not monobrow) and require maintenance.
Right-handed. Walks elegantly and gracefully, as she was taught as a child. However, she can be quite clumsy.
Dresses in the most sumptuous fashion Aelliria has to offer (which is quite a lot). Enjoys wearing all colors except orange, brown, and beige (it washes her out). Is never seen in public without at least a necklace and earrings.
Mental characteristics
Born the youngest daughter and child of King William X of Celassa and his wife, Queen Hannah, Constance was born to a life of privilege. Since an early age, she was identified to be very bright and excelled in all of her lessons. As a result, she grew up to be a well-rounded, intelligent, and scholarly princess. While not beautiful like her older sister Emilia, Princess Constance was well-loved by her parents and the people of Celassa.
At the age of two, she was betrothed to the young Prince Adam of Aelliria, mere weeks before the Aellirian king was assassinated and the young prince took the throne. For thirteen years, she lived in uncertainty that their engagement would ever be fulfilled. When the news came in that Adam was fighting for his throne, Constance decided to take matters into her own hands by writing a letter to her betrothed, offering to marry him in exchange for Celassa's military aid in the Aellirian Civil War. Adam accepted, and Constance's life was never the same again.
Heterosexual. Although she was raised to be quite virginal and innocent, once she was married, she quickly began to enjoy sex immensely (but only with her husband!).
As a princess, Constance was under the tutelage of the best private tutors Celassa had to offer. She received a world-class education in a wide variety of subjects, even those not traditionally taught to women.
Constance has never been technically employed, but being Queen, especially one as politically active as she, is hard work!
Constance is personally proud of having given birth to three sons for her husband, and one daughter. She is accomplished in most academic disciplines and is regarded as one of, if not the, best-educated woman in the world. She is also very proud of serving as Regent of Aelliria while her husband was away fighting in the Ossian-Aellirian War, all while being pregnant with her eldest son at the time.

Constance is extremely intelligent and scholarly. She particularly excels in science, mathematics, music, languages, and history. She is extremely logical and quick-witted.
Constance was raised with a strict reverence for rules and traditions, although she is not afraid to break them if she thinks they're stupid. She has struggled with keeping her moral compass while living in two different lavish courts, where debauchery and immorality often reign, but with the support of her very similar brother, she has been able to stick to her beliefs.

Constance desires above all else knowledge and power, but she also deeply desires to be loved, hence her devotion to her husband and children. She is shrewd enough to leverage each of these desires to aid in gaining the others. While her love for her husband is true, she also knows how to use that to her advantage to gain political power in Aelliria.
Extremely scholarly and excels across most academic disciplines. She is also savvy in the political arena and loves planning strategy. However, she is a poor athlete and artist, and can often be socially awkward.

Constance holds to the principal religion of Aelliria quite devoutly, though she is far from a zealot or a fanatic.
Refined manners and etiquette. Good at public speaking and playing hostess. However, she is not overly fond of people, especially in large groups, and is often anxious in large crowds and when speaking with strangers. She is well-versed in the theory of the art of conversation, but not as good in practice. She can be kind and charming, especially when she is familiar to someone and likes them, and is not good at feigning kindness to those she dislikes, although she is always civil. She grew up very insecure but is starting to gain confidence, especially after her marriage and increased political power in Aelliria.
Constance keeps herself poised and carries herself with dignity. She tends to use hand gestures when speaking in public or during high-stakes conversations (like political meetings, etc).
She is fond of cats and horses as pets, and has several of each. She also likes dogs, but she does not own any herself. Her hobbies are reading, writing, riding horses, listening to music, and collecting books.
Her tone of voice is soft but commanding. It is clear by her accent and speech patterns that she is of royal birth and is extremely well-educated. She is able to speak in both Aellirian and Celassan dialects of Tarthian, so she can sound native in her adopted country even though she is not. She never swears in public, but increases the frequency significantly during sex. She is often witty and sarcastic, with a dry humor.

History
Adam and Constance were betrothed both at the age of two, but they did not meet until they were fifteen. Upon meeting, they fell in love quite quickly and were married soon after. They have gotten along ever since, although every relationship, including theirs, has its ups and downs. They can often get into large fights but always wind up forgiving each other. Currently, they are happily married with their four children.
