The Headmaster of Min-Min, the Great Curator Tenevion síol Léavai has been the de facto ruler of the city of Min-Min for atleast 20 generations of the short-lived godchilder such as the humans of Pilaz, and it doesn't seem to come a time where Tenevion would step down from his position of power.

Personal history
Tenevion was born in the city of Siraki as part of the Avayana clans that still lives in their ancient homelands. At a young age he was proficient in taking in knowledge of any type and loved to read books. So when he came of age his family sent him to study under the masters at Min-Min and there Tenevion stayed for almost 300 years before returning home. Enamored by the vast amounts of information that lay at his feet he wouldn't leave his beloved academy until the news of the death of his mother reached him. Tenevion spent 13 years in mourning before returning to the academy with a new demeanor, he wasn't the 'young' Ava he had once been, rather the death of his mother made him older and bitter due to the fact that he wasn't able to save his mother from death. He grew to despise his father whom Tenevion blamed for his mothers death. As the years passed by Tenevion became a professor at the academy at the age of 500, not because he couldn't have done it earlier, but rather because he had finally in his own view, learned all he needed to know. At this point in time he had written papers on pretty much every aspect of Mistweaving, Titomancy, Soulwandering, Duridism and the celestial beings. At the age of 700 he became the headmaster of the Academy and in such, the Great Curator of the city of Min-Min.
Education
Tenevion know pretty much everything there is to know about any subject matter that he has found interesting enough to study. He is also a very accomplished mystic, not in par with Cyrus or Cencala to name a few, but good enough to be a force to be reckoned with. It is said (but not proven) that Tenevion knows how to control dragon-magic, but since he isn't a dragon this sounds impossible to many of the mystics of Noordhland.

Tenevion almost lost his voice when reading through ancient mystical manuscripts and was cursed due to it. He almost died because of the curse but managed to get saved by Cencala síol Geasa. But the curse left a permanent mark, without the aid of mystical powers Tenevion can only speak in a voice as soft as a whisper.
