Index Watch

Index Watches (or Indexes) are smartwatches made to control the physiological aspects of humanoid powers. They work by performing specific tests and using the data to regulate the amount of energy humanoid powers give. Indexes also have other functions, but these are more personalised and are added when the person first buys their watch.
They were created by the Global Pallorin Force and the Division of Superpowered Individuals when they found that people's powers were strongly connected to their anatomy and physiology, not just their psychology.

Significance

Index Watches represent advancements in humanoid technology and they help humanoids to understand themselves a lot better. Before they were created, most people didn't know that using certain powers could lead to immunological diseases like diabetes.
