Sam's Known Rules
1. Always give candy to trick-or-treaters.
2. Always wear a costume.
3. Never extinguish the flame of a jack-o'-lantern before midnight.
4. Respect the dead.
Everyone who breaks even one rule will get a visit from Sam and if this person does not correct their mistake it will not end well and Sam will not let mercy blind him from enforceing the rules of Halloween.
Holidays
Halloween is a holiday celebrated each year on Onirodrago 31 and its Sam´s divine holiday. The tradition originated with the ancient festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. The evening before was known as All Hallows Eve, and later Halloween. Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating treats.
On the birthday of every child, the child will at least get one present from Sam which is blessed from him. This present protects the children and their families from bad luck, keeps the undead and most supernatural away and keeps them save from most danger.

Physical Description
Facial Features
Once his mask is removed, however, it reveals his demonic face- his bald, bulbous head is covered with sickly orange flesh, and has a wide mouth full of sharp and crooked teeth. Combined with his black, angular eye sockets and a triangular hole where his nose would be, Sam's head resembles a traditional jack-o'-lantern.
Identifying Characteristics
When shot and dismembered, Sam's insides are shown to be made of pumpkin guts.
Special abilities
Wall Climbing and Scaling: Sam can crawl on his hands and feet across solid surfaces.
Immortality: Sam has been in existence ever since the ancient titans celebrated Samhain.
Regeneration: Sam is shot by Jason which temporarily subdues him, Jason then proceeds to rip off Sam's right hand. Sam awakens moments later and reattaches his hand.
Necromancy: Sam can raise the dead from their graves as zombies to do his bidding. He demonstrates this ability by raising eight deceased children back from the dead to seek revenge on the man who killed them.
Teleportation: Sam is shown to disappear and reappear from different locations.
Telekinesis: Sam can move solid matter with his thoughts alone.
Supernatural Aura: Sam can cause supernatural happenings with his presence alone.
Supernatural Strength: Sam can easily break a grown man's arm with seemingly no effort.
Pyrokinesis: Sam was able to light a pumpkin with fire supernaturally.
Umbrakinesis: Sam can control and manipulate darkness and shadows, though to a lesser extent than Null.
Odikinesis: Sam can control the feelings and emotions, such as fear, hate and rage.
Persona Worst Fear Generation: Sam has the ability to make individuals see their worst fears through eye contact. However, he can only do this to one person at a time.
Hyetokinesis: He can create, manipulate and stop rain.
Fog Manipulation: He can create, manipulate and disperse the fog.
Wind Control/Generation: Sam is able to generate and control wind.
Seasons Alteration (limited to Autumn): As the god of autumn, he can control the season.
Taphokinesis: As the God of Autumn, he can make plants rot.
Thermokinesis (limited to cold): As the God of Autumn, Sam is able to decease the temperature; although it is to a lesser extent then Boreas.
Emotional Shapeshifting: When he hunts people in their nightmares or if a person directly confronts him, Sam can take on the appearance of the dead people in a person's life. He uses guilt and anger from the person as an advantage in battle.
Nightmare Manipulation: Sam has divine control over nightmares and making others' phobias come true.
Death Curses: Like Azrael, Sam is also able to place curses on the living. While he is unable to kill people before the fate decree its time, he can prevent a person's soul from ever leaving their body. This will mean that a person's body will eventually turn to dust with age, while their soul will be lost forever.
Power Over the Undead: Sam can reanimate skeletons, call forth endless waves of the dead to fight for him, destroy Skeleton Warriors, and put them to sleep. He can also silence dead souls with a gesture, and physically take hold of ghosts.
Osteokinesis: As the God of the Halloween, Sam can summon and telekinetically control numerous bones at once.
Shadow Travel: Sam can use shadows as a way of swift transportation over vast distances.
Shapeshifting: Sam is quite skilled at shapeshifting, though he hardly ever utilizes this ability.
Imperceptibility: He can use shadows to cover himself in darkness to become invisible.
Apparel & Accessories
Sam appears as a seemingly innocent young trick-or-treater, dressed in orange footy pajamas with yellow patches sewn on the front and tattered brown gloves. His large, round head is covered by a simple burlap mask tied around his neck, with black button eyes and a stitched-on grin.
