Ikaro Hydrenor (a.k.a. Tide Master)

Ikaro Hydrenor also known as Tide Master was the first Atlantean to enter The League of Heroes, he entered to service at the age of 19 in 1986 under the hood of a Super Hero due to his great skills and super powers, he decided to retired in the year 2000 and took on a more active role in the reconstruction of Atlantean Society which had been in declive since the fall of Atlantis.
Ikaro is well known for being one of the most young participants in the main task of force of the SPE, being admitted at just 21 years, thou he never got the tittle of leader, he was an natural leader and charismatic individual and because of this he has been one of the most popular super heroes the League ever had.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Ikaro has the complexion and constitution of most Atlanteans, due to his time on The League, he has a strong physical frame with high response time, reflexes and quick thinking.

Facial Features

The face of Ikaro is that of a Mediterranean person, with a brown skin tone, square face with has wide eyebrows, a full beard, short curly black hair, Greek nose, also known as Roman nose and round eyes.

Identifying Characteristics

Is common for most Atlantean to tattoo their birth constellation on their bodies, on the Cake of Ikaro who was born under the sign of Pisces, he has the constellation tattooed on his right shoulder.
Additionally, because he is from the city of Corvus, he has the tatto of the Corvus constellation on his back left shoulder.

Special abilities

His Blood of Poseidon has given him all posible powers an Atlantean can have, is very rare for an Antlantean to ever have more than 2 powers, bu in the case of Ikaro, he was gifted all posible ones.
Hydrokinesis, terrakinesis, tongue of the deep and super strength, Ikaro would show a preference for the Hydrokinesis being his primary power of use.

Personal history

Gifted with the Blood of Poseidon and born under a blood line of great general, the stakes were high for Ikaro, he grew in the decadent city of Corvus, after the fall of Atlantis, the rest of the cities of the Atlantean would bare a growing consent of decadency, due to this, Ikaro decided from the very early that his future were not to be on the seas, he looked up the surface world and was amazed on how the land dwellers would cooperate with each other to rebuild the ruins left by the destructive war.
At 19 he comunícate with the DAS of the League of Heroes and quickly was admitted in the SPE forces, he was an incredible skilled fighter, had a great mastery of the Blood of Poseidon and was a natural leader. In just 2 years he was in the main task of force against the Super Villains fighting them across all over the world and gaining great fame and recognition in the process, on this period he would become close friends with another member of the main task force, Helena Valenar (The Valkyrie).
After the fall of the last Super Villain, he would continue with his task on fighting super humans threats across the globe, he showed a great level of effectiveness.
In the year 2000 he decided to finally retired from the active role of fighting and move to a more diplomatic position, he moved as a representative of the DAS being a directly link between the Atlanteans and the League of Heroes, he has been involve on the rebuilt and integration of the Atlantean society to the a new age. He additionally married Helena Valenar as well on this time.

Education

Born under a family with blood of great generals, he had a severe militar training since early, due to his Poseidon Blood, his training also include teachings from the Librarians of Alexandria who taught him theory and praxis about his powers.
All of these plus the common teachings of Atlanteans that include history, biology, philosophy, maths and physics.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Seeing the decadent Atlantean society lead him to reject his Atlanttean customs, he grew reading about the great histories of the past and how the Atlanteana and occasionally the Land Dwellers would fight the most dangerous threats of the deep sea, when he started his adult life he discovered the harsh reality, the Atlanteans were little by little poisoning themselves with no King to follow and corrupt government, the society didn't seem to have any bright future.
This lead to him taking a very dedicated role in The League of Heroes were he felt he could make a diferencie and impact on the society of the land dwellers, after several years in The League, he would understand a little more the current situation of the Atlantean and decided to go back and help them under the DAS.

Likes & Dislikes

As an Atlantean has a natural liking to water, being able to be on water almost 24 hours continuous, because of this, on his free time he practices all sort of water sports, most notably, surfing.
He loves rock, his favourites bands are Rolling Stones and the Who.
His favourite food is seafood casserole, especially done wit crab legs.
He is afraid of highs, he's always anxious on flies.
He has never understood the wind instruments.
