Clasification of Super Humans

Before the CSI, there were no real form of classification on the super humans, the concept of super human usually make the image of a super powerful beings able to create some sort of destruction and be a dangerous individual over all.
Over the years the CSI has made studies to show more detail info on what exactly a super human can do and more importantly, what it cannot do.

Level 0

Starting with level ground, the super humans clasify in this category usually dont represent any danger to the other humans, the "super power" they usually have are no more that a simple perk or skill, sometimes even an uncovenience to them.
Powers in such category may range for super exact memory, to heat vision or dark vision, powers easily repicable with modern techonolgy.
As an agreement with the UN, this level is not legally considered super humans, so individuals belonging to this category may choose to keep their lives when ever they are or join the jurisdiction of The League of Heroes.

Level 1

In this level it is include super humans capable or causing some sor of damage to others individuals, but not enough to kill them, this powers also tend to be mildly wild, so they don't end up causing to much destruction.
Such power may be stronger limbs, heat control (in low levels), mild levitation.
Legally this individuals are considered super humans, how ever, The league and the authorities to the country in which the individual belongs, may do an agreement of leaving the individual on their home land as long a their powers don't cause any sor of problems, the local authorities are responsable of doing the following, this individuals can choose to join the jurisdiction of The League at any moment.

Level 2

In this level, the integrity of others individuals is compromised as well as the general surrounds, this super humans may be a serios treat to others.
Powers in this level may be super strength, eyes lasers, super inteligence.
Starting from this level, the individuals cannot choose when ever or not to be under the jurisdiction The League, The League will have the jurisdiction no matter what, the only exception is the USA(and te URSS in the past), when the authorities, but not the individual, may choose to take control on the individual.
This has causes a great influx of super humans today residing on the USA, however, the restriction impose in them are severe, they cannot use their powers under any circumstance and are under vigilance all the time.
If these individuals want, they may initiate a process with the authorities of USA to be transfer under the jurisdiction of The League, unless these individual has some sort of connections, these petitions are negated most of the time.

Level 3

This level include all powers capable of causing great amount of eviroment damage and/or the death of several individuals in a short time.
Powers on this level may be pyrokinesis, sonic screams, mid control.
With the exception of the USA, all other nations of the world must leave this individuals under the jurisdiction of The League, this doesn't always means that most governments or organisations will give them so easily, since their power are big enough to be of use for them, but mild enough to be hidden, some organisations may use these individuals for their own goals, only when The League discover them is when they use their authority to take full custody of them.

Level 4

This level represent a serios danger to all humans in general, super humans on this level can easily destroy several humans and other life beings with easy, they can potentially cause immense destruction.
Powers on this level may be manipulation of weather, psicick abilities, nuclear power.
Super humans on this level are rare, and very difficult to hide, most of them are find easily by The League, some times this humans have to be put under control, in some cases they may end up dead because of the clash between the individual and the members of The League.

Level 5

This is the maximum level, in this level the super human may potentially end life as known in the world, they may be able to destroy the world completely or even changed reality itself causing ireversable damages.
Since the implementation of this system, no super human had been officially put under this level yet, however, debating and discussions about super humans of the past still goes to this day whether or not put these individuals on this level, one example of such are the mythological gods of many of the old pantheons of the old world, Like Zeus, Odin, Ra etc.

Level G

Sometimes, some super humans change from level from time to time, more commonly on children that are only discovering their powers, for they, the category G is given, referring to them as "growing" super human, once their powers start to stabilised, a numerical level will be given.

Types of super powers

Along side the raw power of the super humans, they can also be classified according to their super power types, a super human can be on one or more os these categories.

Intra-Corporal

These powers only affect the body of the individual, these powers don't affect directly the environment, examples of such are: Super strength, ultra senses, elasticity.

Extra-Corporal

These powers affect directly the environment around the individual, however, they don't affect other individuals directly, examples of such are: Pyrokinesis, Weather control, Field generation.

On-Corporal

These powers affect directly other individuals, some times including the user itself, examples of such are: Mind control, dream eater, Life sucking.

Mutation

Sometimes the powers of the individual affect the body of the individual on any form that don't belong to the natural form of a normal human, examples of such powers may be: Over size, extra limbs, metamorphosis.

Reality Breaker

This category may be considered as an extension of the "Ex-Corporal" definition, on this case the super power can alter the environment to the point of alter reality itself, these powers may cause damages beyond the comprehension of modern science, examples of such are: Time travel, portal to other dimensions, paranormal activities.
