The Second Circle

Once envisioned as a lush world covered in rolling hills, wide open fields, and idyllic rural villages, much like the rest of the Nine Circles Agria has been nearly completely covered in dense urban sprawl. The crop fields have long given way to densely stacked hydroponic towers.
Tied with Tertius for its abject poverty, the poorest inhabitants of the Nine Circles and the most desperate immigrants to Saturnia are packed into the run down city blocks of Agria.
