Session 33 - It's Just Meat
General Summary
The group woke up early in the morning. Frieda emerged from her bedroom and talked to Finn for a bit while brewing some coffee. She hummed a little tune that reminded Finn of when Angela would hum that same tune. The smell of coffee awoke Sasha, and Finn woke up Hamilton. Vernon joined them as well, and everyone enjoyed a nice mug of coffee. The blond elf from the previous night was noticeably absent. Frieda went down to the basement while Vernon encouraged the party to pack up and leave. The party left out the front door, and discussed whether they should investigate further. Sasha went to check the surrounding area for Russell, while Finn snuck his way into the basement, and Hamilton distracted Vernon. Finn ended up coming face-to-face with Frieda, who was hacking apart Russell's body. The innkeepers were cannibals! Vernon was brought downstairs with Sasha and Hamilton, but broke away and grabbed a weapon. Despite all of the party begging Frieda and Vernon to stand down, they were forced to attack them. Frieda eventually died, and Vernon ran to her, sobbing as he held her body. The group quietly left, continuing on the road. That night, they arrived at the HansPuckett HQ and, after navigating some traps set up inside, ran into a Servo and, subsequently, Adrian Puckett. The party introduced themselves and announced their intentions, but the stress was too much for Adrian and he collapsed…
