Conduit

Conduit refers to way a mage accesses magic. These different paths to understanding and manifesting magic can be summarized as Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.

• Constitution: Using the body to channel innate or unknown spells. Most branded individuals without training use their body as a conduit.
• Intelligence: Understanding of magic through intense study and understanding the precise mechanics of spell casting. The Draoi Wizarding Academies teach magic in this way.
• Wisdom: Refers to accessing magic by connecting with a fundamental force of the plane. Druidic magic, for instance, is performed by channeling the natural energies that flow from Saol and the clerics of old were granted power from the Savior Gods.
• Charisma: Considered the highest form of magic on Nemas, sheer force of will manifests magic. The Noble Sorcerous Bloodlines utilize this conduit of magic. Members of Canahd also use it to a lesser extent.
