Grand Cluster City

Overview

Grand Cluster is a city to the Northwest of Kernelle. From the outside, the city appears to be a shining, colorful metropolis where all are welcome. Entering the city limits, however, shows a very different story. Most citizens of Grand Cluster say that they like living there better than they would Kernelle, but are surrounded by old, unmaintained buildings, constant protesting and bickering, impossible expenses, and prolific crime. The gleaming skyscrapers are in reality the old, dead bones of an ancient race of serpents, painted with luminescent graffiti. Unlike the peaceful village of Kernelle, Grand Cluster is in a constant bustle, and there is usually no real sense of community. There, the powerful, the eloquent, and the conniving tend to thrive at the expensive of others. Ironically, they do so by playing up the importance of working together, sticking up for the little guy, and constantly becoming better, without ever practicing what they preach.

The Citizens

The citizens of the city tend to dress colorfully, and put a high value on individual expression and apparent intelligence and individual achievement.
