Naminus
The Timewheel
Naminus (pronounced NAH-mee-nuss), many times called The Timewheel, is one of the four Primordial Deities. He resides asleep within the bowels of creation, buried beneath the many layers of all the Inner Planes. It is feared that, should he ever awaken and witness the acts of creation done without his good grace, and using his own power, he shall tear it all down, and return to an empty, featureless universe.
He is the embodiment of the main Inner Plane, Namyria, it's continents and it's seas. He is both unknowing prisoner and unwilling lifeblood for all existence, as his turning allows for the passage of time to occur, as per designed by the First Children and overseen by the other three Primordials, his brother Aetherius, and his partners, the sisters Solaris and Lunaris.

Dogma
The universe is not meant to be. Creation is a fluke, a mistake to be erased as soon as it appears, as Naminus has done a trillion times past. There is only the divine, as all else pollutes the perfection of those most powerful. The day of his awakening will mark the end of existence, as He cleanses all the layers of filth he has been imprisoned under, and bursts out of his brother's prison. And once he does, he will make sure there is nobody else left to betray him again. There will be only him, most powerful and divine of all.
History
Naminus, like the other Primordial Deities, exists since before our world did, and became imprisoned before it came to be, therefore no accounts remain of him, other than what is talked about in whispers by those chosen by the other three primordials, and the First Children.
Role in Creation
Naminus had faced creation before. Nothing but stains and imperfections in an otherwise pristine nothingness. He erased creation wherever and whenever it sprouted, leaving nothing behind. That was until his brother, Aetherius, their mutual partners Solaris and Lunaris, along with their combined offspring decided that this could stand no more, so they betrayed him, tricked him into falling asleep, and used him and his power to kickstart new creation. With their newfound powers, his children and nephews buried him under layers and layers of filth and imperfection, and left him there to sleep, isolated from everything, but in contact with everything.
The First Stirring
See article: First StirringCurrent Role
Naminus lays at the center of all creation, acting as the wheel that keeps time turning. This is aided by the Cycle of Life And Death, a complex dance performed by his partners, Solaris and Lunaris, which keeps him both asleep and turning. The power stolen from him by the First Children allowed them to give life to their imagination and bring forth all kinds of creations, building rules for the world, and then using them as pillars to imprison him under it all, condoned by his partners, and even his own brother.
Relationships
The Anaetherials
Should he awaken, Naminus would see all these new aberrations as the greatest insult to his name. Having emerged from the unbridled energies of creation, they are poisoned to the core, representing abstract aspects such as justice, violence and good. Naminus would make it his first priority to erase these errors from reality.
The Primordials and the First Children
Naminus' awakening is something that deeply frightens all deities, but his jailers are the ones who stand to lose the most. In all likelihood, he wouldn't even harm them, let alone destroy them, but would instead choose to destroy all of creation in even more twisted and torturous ways, showing them how their creations unravel to nonexistence before their eyes, unable to stop them. And then? Then, he'd probably put them to sleep, and finally enjoy a universe without a universe, an existence without existence. A world where all is perfect, and he is all.
Appearance
Naminus has not been seen since creation, and his appearance has not been passed on by the divines that knew him. It is likely that any knowledge of his form could somehow call to him, and bring forth the destruction of everything. Naminus is an entity capable of wiping entire worlds with a twitch of a finger. He can destroy reality, and take all the gods with it if he so chooses to. It is, therefore, safe to assume that nobody will ever witness such a creature, for it is buried in the deepest reaches of reality, where no mortal can ever hope to peer past, and if they should, the fright of witnessing such an entity would most assuredly put an end to their life on the spot.
Divine Intervention
Naminus stirs in his deep sleep, sometimes more violently than any Deity is comfortable with. When he does, earthquakes shake the land and sea, and cities are toppled. The fact that this is all not intentional doesn't quiet the fear that he might one day wake up and bring forth true destruction.
One must pray that Naminus' direct and active grasp is never felt anywhere, for that could mean the end of all. Nothing is certain, but should he awaken once more, and bring forth his influence to this world, Namyria and the rest of the Inner Planes would shatter as if he was tearing through paper, followed shortly by the Medium Planes, containing the elements of creation, and finally tearing through the Outer Planes and out of the universe, bringing an end to all reality.
The First Stirring

There are, thankfully, no possible agents in creation that were around when Naminus still ruled, so there are none that could become agents of his destruction in his wake. There are, however, theories and myths of so-called Naminian Vestiges, fragments of the deity itself that broke off him at the time of his imprisonment, and with a will of their own. Such theoretical agents of destruction could end the world in much the same way Naminus might, but at a much slower pace, and could, perhaps, be contained much like the being they sprung from. The ranks of such nightmares could be comprised by the mythical Tarrasque and creatures of similar power.
Church of Naminus
I'm going to stop your daydreaming right then and there, lad. There's no such thing as a church for Naminus, and there shouldn't be. What, you think it's a smart idea to get a bunch of people calling his attention to this place and waking the thing up? Better keep those ideas to yourself and then forget about them, or you might get yourself killed by anyone with common sense.
Followers
For the terminally deranged, hellbent on bringing forth the end of reality, there's hope! Such broken, twisted individuals might find in Naminus and his final destruction the answer to their prayers. There are few ways to describe the level of imbecility or delusion that have to take over an individual to believe that it is acceptable to follow and call for Naminus. If you are to meet any who claim to follow the deity, please, execute them on the spot, you'll be doing reality a favour.

Divine Symbols & Sigils
Despite a very strong enforcement amongst most cultures to erase such symbols whenever they show up, depictions of Naminus do exist. Most such images show a circle with eight lines crossing it's edges, sometimes touching at the center to make a wheel.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Naminus seeks nothing more than to create a universe where there is only the divine. Should he awaken, he will erase all of creation, Anaetherials included, put the other Primordials and their children to sleep like they did to him, and then rest and enjoy a universe devoid of everything.
