She Who Walks the Line/They Who Speak to the Rest

She Who Walks the Line (otherwise known as 'They Who Speak to the Rest') is a mythical figure from Kaechaek who was referenced on The Totem of the Sleeper owned by Peregrine. 
They were also referenced by Emperor Honour when the party quizzed him on Luyarnha.
