Ishman Del'Rieve is a 450 year old (at least) Halfling necromancer wizard. She is known to have a serious disposition despite being childish in her features and mannerisms and she favours the colour purple in everything she wears.
Ishman is a
Kae Halfling who lived in Mezzatli her entire life, becoming baroness of the space despite having no claim to it. However, she has not deposed from the mysterious space for centuries now and is known to only answer to
Emperor Honour as he has her respect and loyalty (though none know how he earned it).
Ishman is such a secretive character that rumour and fact tends to overlap much of the time and leaves much information to be desired.
It is known that Ishman was the original creator of
The Black-Blooded though her role in their creature is often speculated on with some arguing she merely funded and oversaw the process whilst others argue it was her magic and blood that gave them life in the first place... and thus guaranteed their loyalty to her.
