Dry Lotus

The oldest sake brewery in Panchu Mura, the name is aspirational, at best, if not an outright lie. It is certain that there are no lotus plants growing anywhere near the village, but whether the brewers ship dried lotus seeds in from Moku Mura or not, they certainly claim that their brew includes them. Truly, it's not the poorest quality sake in Rokugan, but the best thing that can be said about it is that it's at least alcoholic.
Aside from sake, the brewery also distills shochu. The less said about it, the better.
The brewery owns an inn in Panchu Mura that serves their sake and shochu in its common room.
