The Sundered Bones
The Sundered Bones are a large scale illegal organization that opeates in the River Lionel, and focuses on arcane goods and knowledge rather than gold. Based in their hidden base, the sundered bones are led by a mysterious cabal of necromancers and fleshcrafters known as the Master Fleshcrafters. The organization is split into two parts:
They do not interact much with other criminal organizations, preferring to be left alone, as long as their businesses are not messed with. They have a small presence in the Floating Refuge, where they are able to do some recruiting for members, and there is ample supply of menial labor, or at least bodies. To the pirates that manage to get in their good graces, they bestow fleshcrafted monsters and physical "improvements".
Nowadays the Sundered Bones have become boulder, and engaged in larger scale experiments, and are beggining to step more and more into the light. The reason they are doing this, as well as what they would do if put in the direct attention of the Empire, are both unknown.
- Enforcers, who travel the River in search of oportunities, getting money and resources for the organization, and smoothing over any problems. A notable figure among them is a man named Emberscream, who has recently climbed the ranks and become one of the most feared enforces available to the Master Fleshcrafters.
- Researchers, who reside in the hidden base of the organization, and conduct their experiemnts. They receive resources from the Master Fleshcrafters if they are deemed worthy, and if not, there are very few who would miss those with the talents required to try.

Dissinterest
The Sundered Bones have long been interested in being able to work with and trade with Mr Key's Associates, but they consider the Sundered Bones to be untrustworthy and unreliable.
Tolerance
The Sundered Bones are allowed on the Floating Refuge as long as they don't cause trouble, because their influence and power is large enaugh.
