Fleur is a Gelvaran woman from Evergreen City(settlement:15b57df4-e507-4186-a0ce-0eade3da9245) in Olympus, and a good friend of @[Kairine Kamuya. She is gorgeous, and she knows it, and uses this quality of hers to her advantage in politics. She was at one time an Acolyte for the High Council, where she would argue the cases set before her and ultimately try to convince the High Council to side with her client, where she is known as a very shrewd politician.
However, when her friend, Kairine, needed help finding her lost son, she left her post to help her immediately. This led her to making a serious mistake which haunts her to this day, in which she betrayed her friend's trust, though ultimately for the right reasons, in which she made a deal with the enemy, Evilon, in order to retrieve Kairine's son safely. She would later come to regret this mistake when she learned just how trustworthy he was. Kairine later forgave her, though she has never forgiven herself.
During the Battle for Atlantea, in 2740 3A, she met Sera Ariann and during the course of the coming days she found herself attracted to her, though kept her feelings to herself, not knowing if Sera felt the same way. However, all was revealed when Sera just up and kissed her after the battle. She has now moved to The Quatrica Islands with her new found love. Their relationship is going well.
She is a tall woman, with long smooth blonde hair and pointy ears. Her eyes are an icy blue. Her build is slender.
