Silver City
Built long ago by a conclave of metallic dragons for their draconian children to live and flourish, this city began as an underground network of caverns, but evolved over time into a surface city as well. It is large, though nowhere near the size of Val'umbra Dracos or Golden City.
It is ruled by an elder of each metallic tribe: gold, silver, bronze and brass. While other races are not prohibited from entering, they would still be heavily watched and followed everywhere they went. To friends of the draconians, it is a warm and welcoming place, where much knowledge and training can be had. This is a place of learning and enlightenment.
