Gruberk Institute for Technological Advancement
Founded by Van'eisen Gruberk, a strange man supposedly of elven descent, a few short years before the lands of Aldor gained independence, this is the most well-known & revered college in the world. Since its inception, this city-college has been responsible for most technological advancements in some way. The city is independent of the Aldoran Sovereignty's control, but works heavily with the nation's government, military and social groups in order to provide aid to their countrymen before the rest of the world. There are numerous elves and gnomes within the walls of this institution. It doubles as a moderate sized city surrounding the actual set of research buildings.
