Eladriel

Established ages ago as the first elven metropolis, this is believed to be one of the oldest cities in the world that still stands. Ranging from marble structures on the ground to a treetop district, this is widely renown as the most magnificent natural city in the world, and home to the largest congregation of elves. At the heart of Myrandria's most ancient forest, Eladriel serves as the de-facto capital not only of the elves, but the entire Torelyn Wildlands. There are many wonders afoot in this primitive land. For millenia, while man permanently marked the land in the name of progress, this city stands as proof that elves ideals to not harm the land do not stand in the way of progress. The entire city could be viewed as one complete piece of art.   Most of the city sits high in the powerful branches of Myrasil, the world tree. While on the ground there are a handful of buildings built of a beautiful carved marble, the majority of this city is located high in the branches and canopy, with houses of shaped wood from the tree, which almost seems to grow homes naturally. It is a peaceful place, with very few non-elves walking about.
