Physical Description

Identifying Characteristics

Clawmark scar over her left eye, which is typically covered by an eyepatch of some form. When Antares is more dominant, dark energy emanates from her remaining eye.

Special abilities

Alex lacks powers of her own, her powers coming almost purely from Antares. This doesn't hinder her much however as she is quite crafty, and a decent shot with most firearms. Perhaps a hint of natural powers she's never tapped into.
Incarnate:
Her half of their incarnate powers manifest more in the area around her. Rather than just passive enhancement to them, these are offensive and/or supportive in nature. As though counteracting her lack of powers otherwise.

Alex and Aera have stuck together along with their brother since they were all young. Though they did grow more distant as they all grew older, they stayed relatively close. Aera developing her powers and becoming a mercenary not helping her ability to keep in touch. After their brother was captured by the council to become a Nictus host, the two sisters started working together. Though Alex has no powers of her own, she knows how to handle a gun and how to set up some of Aera's traps. Even after losing an eye she's far from a bad shot. Aera remains wary of Antares and it's bond with Alex. Even with her sister's reassurances, she can't shake the worry she has.

History

Antares, being an entity made of Negative energy (aka a Nictus), cannot survive forever without a host. After helping Alex and her sister Aera escape a council base, it had nowhere else to go. And having played host to it for a couple scrapes on their way out, Alex allowed it to stay with her. At the time neither was thinking they'd bond so closely, or work together as well as they do without a full merge.
