Despite what many tend to think, she's not motivated by money, or hardly even the pure power she's gained. Rather revenge is the main thing that's caused her to pursue powers, though she's hardly open about it.

When working she is confident, professional, and threateningly intimidating as needed. Generally coming across as unfriendly, which if she is working, she is not out making friends. Though if the situation allows more relaxed behavior she drops the heartless killer act. Letting a much friendlier side of herself show. Also often playfully flirting with just about anyone, if only to see how they respond.

History

Lilly and Zia have worked and lived together most of their lives, having only each other to rely on for a number of their years. Both worked as mercenaries, doing lower-profile jobs and trying to dodge supers. Neither really sought powers of their own. Not that it stopped fate from giving them powers anyways.
Unfortunately after the incidents that gave them powers they grew a bit distant. Mostly due to the incident that gave Zia hers having adverse effects on her mind. Though they will still work together, they typically do their own things.

Zero's first encounter with Visi was fighting her off alongside Naeva, the duo thinking Visi was after the same thing they were and wanting to defend their objective. (Discovering that they were wrong and too late, but that's another story altogether.) Not the most ideal first impressions, especially with Visi's reputation.
Several months later, Zero went chasing after an investigation lead into the Rogue Isles. Where Visi lives and works out of. Zero linked up with one of the many groups of Longbow stationed out there, using one of their bases as a staging point for her investigations. Barely two weeks later... it got blown sky high by some local villains.
When Visi found her injured and hiding in a warehouse, she met a side of Visi few saw. The mercenary was quick to help her, patching her up and getting her somewhere safer. Offering not only to teach her how to navigate the Rogue Isles more safely, but also to help with her current investigation.
The duo have worked together on more than one occasion since. Partly in an effort on Zero's part to get Visi to show her softer side more often.
