The Western Mountains is the home of the herringbone on Mudewei, and variations on the theme are absolutely all over the place in the foothills. The weave tends to be decorative, and in some cases reserved exclusively for festival wear.

There are some interesting weaves in the world. Houndstooth is a good one, too :D I know much more about weaving now than I did before last worldember, but I'm not complaining.
