Record Keeper to Delphine

The Scions of Zohar refer to a clandestine group of seven individuals. What they are, who they are, and their goals are all steeped in mystery.
The party first learned of their name in Whispermill, during a dream Delphine had about Koinonia. There she met someone known as “Record Keeper,” who expressed surprise at he presence in said location.
At the Great Elemental Mining Apparatus, they met Gate Watcher, who explained what and who they were to the world. The Scions were 7 individuals built by the Zohar, a man they called Magus Ektor Hareisis. They were tasked with performing very specific roles to ensure mortals' continued existence. Each one is chosen for a specific task that they must perform, and are beholden to it by oath and instinct. As such, to their core they are always going to choose to help others when possible.
The party knows the name of all 7, but has only met 4.

1. Story Teller - One who shares the history of the world. - Clem's grandfather and an Akacheta
2. Far Traveler - One who searches the far reaches of the world. - Calls himself Ektor, appears in people's dreams.
3. Record Keeper - One who collects the world's knowledge. - Resides in Koinonia, watching over the Tower of Akashia.
4. Gate Watcher - One who observes the world's influences. - Resides in the Desert of Whispers, within the G.E.M.A.
5. Heart Mender - One who heals the damage done to the world. Deceased.
6. Soul Arbiter - One who watches over the mortal passage of existence. - Party has not met yet.
7. Peace Maker - One who protects the world. - Party has not met yet.

Structure

The six Scions of Zohar are a set of beings who consider one another Siblings. They have no hierarchy, and in fact often leave one another alone.

History

By the end of the First Sun, the Solomon and Zohar, Magus Ektor Hareisis found they were only one person. Thus they created 6 beings to embody specific aspects he felt were the most important to maintaining life. The 6 Scions of Zohar, each given a different purpose, then were allowed to pursue their goal.
