Min'Drahk'Hein Mr. Litos, as he is commonly known, is a stern, unempathetic man who's casual cruelty is well known throughout town. Due to his status as the village Alderman, he answers directly to the Mayor (Medea Ron Ostricla) and the local Priest (Ulva Sunraver). All money in town flows through him, as he ensures the townsfolk are paid, projects come through on time, and that the local populace is sated. He is a being driven by results, and cares little for people's reasons for not meeting his impossibly high standards. To him, all his expectations are necessary and failure to meet them is a failure on others parts, not his own. This makes many people unable or unwilling to oppose him, made more uncomfortable by the fact that he claims to have spies who tell on his every move. On Gusterus 29th, 130 FE, Malopher, Robin, and Philomena caught him transforming into a horrid monster, where he slaughtered a local farmer's livestock to send a message. Gusterus 30th, 130 FE Delphine learned that he often hires mercenaries for tackling some of the problems he won't send the guards to handle. On Gusterus 30th, 130 FE, Kazimier banished him to En'Gehen by invoking his true name. Theme Song - Dear Dictator by Saint MotelLitos on an employee he fired.
