Lady Medea Illia Ron Ostricla (a.k.a. Magister Veatrum, The Bone Mill Witch)
Madea Ron Ostricla, former mayor of Whispermill, is the last surviving child of the Black Witch: La'Cunae. She is a paramour to Ulva Clynestra, and Magister of the Shadowed Heart. During her time as Whispermill's Mayor, she worked with Kaspen Hush, The Occulo Society, Kurai Kokuja, and the Vile Horde, to keep her sovreignity over the town. Though her subjects saw her as someone who can do no wrong, she has a long history of underhanded deals and fiendish connections that speak at her true nature.
The party systematically dismantled her authority in Whispermill, and on Gusterus 30th, 130 FE, she and Ulva fled town to parts unknown.

General Physical Condition
Despite her over a century of life, she still looks extremely young. She is poised, composed, and stern, with her every move seeming deliberate and calculated.
Body Features
Some black scaling along her clavicle, elbows, and knees due to her Draconic Ancestry.
Facial Features
Always stern and serious. The few times she betray emotion it comes off as coldly intense.

Black scales along her collar bone and arms, reminiscent of a Black Dragon.

Speaks deliberately and coldly, as though lecturing a child at all times.
