Orgael Wood

Orgael Wood, located just north of the walls of City of Tashal, is a small, dark wood filled with large mossy rocks and gnarled trees. This wood has an evil reputation, rumored to be used by smugglers and the hangout of thieves and other unsavory types. People have been known to disappear mostly when they visit at night.

The Boar Tree

A huge blackened hollow Elm Tree dominates the center of the woods. Hangman's nooses frequently found dangling from it, occasionally with an occupant.

Legends tell of a Kath Barbarian Chieftain, Kurl the Boar, was hanged from this tree centuries ago and cursed the forest with his dying breath. Locals say his Ghost or that of a huge Spectral Boar haunts the wood, killing the unwary.

Holy Grove

This location was once a Holy Grove or Barasi Points used by the Elves to travel to other such locations scattered all over Hârn. This gateway appears linked to another on the Feywild and opens erratically, allowing creatures of the fey realms to visit. This could be an explanation for the strange lights and disappearances from the woods.

Alterations

A row of ten gibbets filled with rotting corpses of executed criminals, line the woods clearly visible from the city walls and the road north.
