Chyrefal is the principal settlement of the island of Ikom and is held for the King by Sheriff Balsen Torele.
Industry & Trade
Chyrefal has a sheltered safe harbor with a large fishing fleet. It is a popular resupply and winter port with a large and comfortable Seaman's Guild.
The island of Ikom exports a unique black-speckled granite.
Religion
Chyrefal has temples of Save-K'nor. Larani, Peoni, and Ilvir. The Laranian temple is often used by the ArchBishop of Melderyn, and the Temple of Ilvir is dedicated to the worship and study of Aquatic Ivashu. Worship of the evil gods is publishable by death.
There are rumors of a secretive cult holding rites in the Twelve Arrows circle.
Infrastructure
The town is the home to the Ancient Tower of the Eternal Flow of Life, Hârn’s premier Water Magic Chantry.
It also the terminus of a huge network of ancient Barrows and houses an ancient megalith circle and the Twelve Arrows.
Chyrefal's is the home to a large fishing fleet and the annual spring Mariners’ Fair, which attracts boats from all over eastern Hârn and the Kingdom of Emelrene.
