Qualifications

Currently, the court wizard is required to graduate from a college of magic, from one of the approved schools.

Requirements

The only requirement is that the court wizard be highly adept at magic, able to create their own spells.

Appointment

There’s nothing usually too fancy about it, it’s usually just an interview as well as a test

Duties

Court wizards’ main duty is to cast magic for the Highking and Highqueen for anything they may need.

Responsibilities

Brewing potions, continuing the research on the theory of magic, teaching wizards in training to work at colleges approved by the Highking, and working with technomancers to advance tech

Benefits

Nobility status, high end salary, paid for retirement, and unofficially they can claim celebrity
