Personal history

She spent most of her childhood in Maefyzer where she was born. She and her family are nobles, though have been struggling to maintain to wealthy status. Because of this, they decided to marry off all their kids to wealthier families in exchange for a boost in wealth. Imøna ended up marrying a knight from Darʌkys named Kotʌ, and moved back with him to raise a few kids when she got pregnant.
After her uncle from the capital died, Kotʌ allowed her to take over his position as a scribe. She thought she was happy at first desire the arranged marriage, but she realised quickly that she was miserable, especially when Kotʌ started showing his true colours and abused her.
She’s always been a devout follower of Fyayn, and would often attempt to talk to him to ask for advice, but he was unable to give anything solid, even often telling her things like to simply “appease” him to avoid getting hurt.
One day though, she met a vampire in the outskirts of the city who was actively dying of thirst. She was terrified, as she was always taught that vampires were inherently evil. Desperate for a connection (as the other noble ladies shunned her for speaking out against her husband), she helped her out by giving Illia some of her blood. They formed an acquaintanceship, though Imøna tries to keep it secret. She finds it more and more difficult to as she starts developing romantic feelings for Illia.
