The Black Widow, named after the black spider with the same name. Needs to bite its victim to create more Black Widows. The victims can be from all ages, children and adults. It can be all kind of species.
The first one who got bitten, is an unknown
Human man. On December 9th in the year 80, two other victims got bitten that night. Their names are also unknown.
This is all reported by a
Wizard who was at the
Castle on the hill when the events happened. The female wizard wanted to have her name off the record, and this happened. The wizard also claims to be responsible for the growth of the
Winter Ivie, a climb plant that covers the hill and ruin walls. It is said that the plant keeps the parasite bound to one place, but in the same record there is also a warning. The plant can not hold them forever.
22 years ago this seemed to be the case when all the children of the village
Iluzan were bitten and fall under the influence of the parasite. Even some adults who were unaware of their children's fate were bitten. Now the whole hill were the ruin stands on is off limits. Still the parasite claims a victim every year, some people from outside the village, who do not believe the myths. Or even some villagers who lost their children and spouse to the parasite longing to be with them once again.
