The New Terran Society ships interlock into one temporary city, meeting in the middle to further deliberate on their designs and to choose their leaders. Eventually, to each of three planets, a group of men and women are decided upon to rule for a set amount of years.

Although many plans were made before launch, it's a different story when putting those plans into execution. The subject of where to begin was hotly debated even so far from their previous home. The plans changed more than once, and the inner social structures began to form from these dealings. The aristocrats, intellectuals, and the military began to make their first headings into their leaderships. The common populace, however, were left unheard in the middle--able to understand the conversation and arguments, but for the most part ignored. It was only when the Neutral Five, then only known by their individual names, stepped in, that the groups began to solidify and be heard equally.   There were four, large, unnamed planets in which three sets of blueprints and concepts were first created back on Earth, corresponding to a planet within the system. Before coming out to the Alpha Avior System, there was a consensus on what types of societies would rule on each planet, but not who would rule. On Diadem , there would be the companies, the trade centers, the monetary economy. Sharatan would be the military arm. Mergha would be a planet dedicated to learning. But who would be the first people to stand up and take charge?   Afterwards, the ships are broken down and recycled for use in the colonies.
