Should I start with Dear diary or should I just start writing?
Following the tradition, I'm not sure what entry this is, as you know I never numbered the entries which is probably a mistake now that I think about it but then again, who is going to read these? NO, dont even think about it
Azran.
So, I woke up this morning and wanted to go fetch Azran for some breakfast but when I entered his room, he was nowhere to be seen, so I thought that he had just somehow woken up early, I mean, what is it with that man, he could be mistaken for a walking dead in the morning, oh well, back to the mystery of a missing Azran. After I didn't find him in the room, I went to see if he was in the kitchen or dining room, the staff in the kitchen did tell me that he had been there earlier but he had left maybe half an hour before I got there, deciding to search a bit more for him, I checked the training fields but he wasn't there, by pure coincidence I ran into the young girl working in the stables and she told me that the governor had taken his horse to visit the garrison of our local legion.
Well, Diary, that explains where my dumb human went but it happened a few hours later when he came storming into his room, he didn't even notice me at first and instead went straight for his armour and began to prepare it, he finally noticed me when I threw a pillow at him, he then explained that the 4th cohort of the legion had been attacked and nearly wiped out and that he was now taking out the 1st cohort to see if he could find the attackers.
I helped him equip his armour but when I told him that I would follow him, he turned on me and told me in a tone that left nothing to be discussed that I was to stay in Nicia, his reason I must admit being quite convincing, he needed someone he could trust in the city should the worst happen.
It is now evening and he hasn't returned yet, but I know that he is fine, I can feel it.
"my dumb human" LOL.
