Right of Sanctity

We preform this sacred right when a land is to be made use of or settled by the Nation of Thul or it's state church, Veera's Grace. It is a highly destructive ritual, not above harming it's own citizens, and is designed to make the Bloodguilty followers of Veera's Hand's seem as if they're emotionless machines fully indoctrinated by the church. If you are to witness such a ritual being preformed you are to intervene immediately, even if it means the discovery of our operations in the region.
