Rojora Kim

The woman wore a long dress, a bit like a robe, almost as if she’d just come from a ren faire or something of that nature. She carried a large gnarled wooden walking stick and had an ornate knife in her belt. Her steel gray hair flowed freely, caught in a slight breeze. She didn’t seem cold at all.

Rojora is one of the more powerful mages in the area, who willingly chose to neuter her political power for a seat on The Council . Her husband Romh Davids is also on the Council. Her adoptive son Matthew Davids doesn't really approve.
She's a very patient and methodical person who favors well-thought, deliberate actions. This is in part because she can see the future, and has learned to read it in a very skilled manner.
She has traditionally set herself up as a proponent of the various young people who have been chosen by Fate to safeguard some form of the town. She was one of the ones behind the initial push to formalize the mentorship positions to make sure that those kids had a better support system in place.
She didn't grow up in town, but had the latter part of her education from Blayney-Merritt Academy , back when it was a prestigious preppy magic school.
