Romh Davids

He's the adoptive father of Matthew Davids and the husband of Rojora Kim.
He's a selkie and a representative of the Ocean Court on The Council . He can come across as somewhat laid back, but this is less because he actually is relaxed and more because he goes barefoot pretty much everywhere.
Doesn't like Charles Delthward , mainly because the man is Matthew's personal nemesis.
A calm, well-mannered man by all accounts.
He keeps his pelt on display in the living room, which should clue most people into the fact that he has some way of protecting himself that makes this less vulnerable than it would appear.
