Charles Delthward

A former mentor who ended up with a few students dead on his watch. It was deemed not his fault, but that's not strictly accurate since he was responsible for their wellbeing and ended up pushing them hard enough that they were willing to sacrifice their lives for the world when it wasn't even a necessary action.
He has a track record of arrogantly believing himself to be the best authority on a number of different things.
Genuinely wants what is best for Midnight Town. Of course, his definition of this is not quite the same as anyone else's.
About the same age as Matthew Davids. They don't get along well.
